  1. General

The Clever Float GmbH, as the operator of these pages, takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We collect, process and use your personal data only to the extent necessary for the execution of contracts and permitted by law. This data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. In this context, data is only passed on to our tax advisor and the bank, shippers and other necessary service providers for the purpose of processing the contract.   1. Server-Logfiles 

The website of Clever Float GmbH is hosted externally, whereby the following server log files are collected and stored:.

  • Time at the time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which the user came to the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted.

The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of misuse.

Only with your consent will we use your address and contact data to send you our own advertising, newsletters and customer information (advertising purposes), as well as requested documents. f) Meta Pixel

For marketing purposes, this website uses so-called conversion and retargeting tags (also "meta pixels") of the provider Meta, i.e. Metaplatforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter Meta).
