General Terms and Conditions of Clever Float GmbH

Scope
a) The following General Terms and Conditions apply only to distance contracts between Clever Float GmbH (Seller) and its customers (consumers as defined by § 13 BGB or entrepreneurs as defined by § 14 BGB). If individual provisions are expressly related to consumers or only to entrepreneurs, they apply only to them.
b) Deviating GTC apply only if they have been expressly recognized and confirmed by the seller.
c) The contract language is German.
Offer, conclusion and storage of the contract
a) The offers on our website are binding. Through the customer's declaration of acceptance (order, purchase order), an effective purchase contract is concluded.
b) The customer's order data will be stored internally by the seller for the processing of the contract. The Customer will receive a confirmation of the contract with the content of the contract within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the contract, at the latest with the delivery of the goods.
c) The procedure for entering orders, making corrections and deletions is set out in the user instructions of the interactive ordering platform. Entries can also be deleted at any time by closing and leaving the website.
Only by pressing the button "Buy now" you conclude an effective purchase contract.
Prices, Payment
a) All prices are quoted in euros (€), including VAT.
c) Payment can be made by instant bank transfer, Paypal or by credit card.
d) Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
Delivery area, shipping costs, delivery time
a) Deliveries are made exclusively to the following states / areas: Europe Switzerland.
Shipping costs (packaging flat rate + postage) are added to the prices of goods:
Germany: 4,90 Euro
European foreign countries: 7,90 Euro
Switzerland: 7,90 Euro
c) Delivery will be made within 3 working days (Monday to Saturday) after receipt of payment.
Warranty, dispute resolution,
a) The statutory warranty claims of the Federal Republic of Germany.
b) The European Commission has established an interactive dispute resolution platform for the settlement of consumer disputes arising from online contracts on the basis of the ODR Regulation (EU 524/213). The company Clever Float GmbH is not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before the European arbitration board, it also does not voluntarily submit to the procedure.

Retention of title, set-off
a) All goods remain the property of the seller until full payment. The customer is not entitled to dispose of the goods as an owner before.
b) The customer is not entitled to offset against purchase price claims with his claims.

Right of withdrawal:You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation: If you revoke this contract, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to Clever Float GmbH immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods..
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
It is requested to return the goods including the complete original packaging, all accessories and instructions for use
